  May 17, 2023 - Not sophisticated, but my style. Golden hue, sweet, but with tropical flavor rather than syrupy.

  June 27, 2015 - Dinner (The Palace, Mission, SF): From a half. Color is honey-gold; nose has tropical fruit, a little saline, white fruit, a little reticent; palate is full bodied, sweet, decent acid, good botrytis spice, nice fruit; medium finish. Very nice, Sauternes styled, quite youthful, great fruit and balance, lacking only a little complexity and the vibrancy of the best Sauternes. 90-91
  Day 2: Nose has more honey, secondary complexity, a little more forward; palate seems a little flatter, lacks vibrancy and persistence, but still has interesting character. 90 today, and it doesn't seem like it has the density to improve.
  Day 3: No change from yesterday. Very nice. 90
