  May 11, 2013 - Decanted for 1 hour. Ruby red color. Nose of raspberries and chocolate. On the palate there is fruit and heat from the alcohol. The finish is very smooth and round. No acidity or astringency. This wine has been a joy to drink. I can't see it getting any better than this, it may have peaked already, but the denouement is still enjoyable.

  February 4, 2011 - Really big on flavor with black fruit and a little raisin action. Long dry finish. ($26)

  December 25, 2010 - great spicy Zinfandel with solid structure holding up the rich dark fruit. A good acidity runs throughout the profile. This is a really enjoyable wine.
