April 1, 2012 - Drinks more like a red wine than a champagne. Nice fruit, balanced. Haven't had many PM dominant champagnes but this has turned me on to it. Would love to try this again and take proper tasting notes next time.

June 30, 2010 - A 5,004 bottle cuvée, single-vineyard, 83% PM, 17% PN. Light red colour rather than pink; perfumed, exotic almost, spices too (cinnamon, clove), deep; wonderfully juicy, dry but smooth, salty minerality; excellent length, estery cherries. Delicious 2003, now - 2013. On the terrace at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.

October 13, 2009 - Clear dark raspberry core of moderate intensity - small bubbles in a steady stream. Clean nose with lots of cherry, strawberry and spicy/jammy aromas. Dry on the palate with a bright strawberry entry then becoming cranberry - interesting fruity entrance then dry and slightly bitter flavours. Very rich on the palate. The finish is full on Pinot Noir spice and fruit - long and well balanced. Very well done!
