December 28, 2013 - This wine is delicious. It has a nice dark color and smells of fall berries. After 7 years the tannins have settled to leave an approachable and smooth wine that is perfectly balanced. The wine tastes like ripe plums and blackberries and finishes with a hint of oak. Enjoy!

April 30, 2010 - Taste at Lush West Town.
Nice qualities. Fig, cassis, some dark all spice. Black, green peppercorn and some roasted red peppers.
Rounded out with a bit of anise on the back end the palate shows a little bit of heat at 14.8%, but overall is well balanced.
    A unique thought provoking bottling.
