  February 7, 2018 - Dark garnet color, mediu, tannins. Drank wonderfully. Dark fruit with a h8 t of coffee on the end. Much softer the next day, and not as much depth but still very good.

  July 15, 2016 - Aged wonderfully and full of dark cherry and medium tannins. Perfect acidity in this balanced beauty.

  May 30, 2014 - Very nice once again. Tannins mellowed and several people thought it was a Merlot. Consistently yummy wine. Sad to see the 2006's go but have the 07's and 08's in the cellar.

  March 15, 2014 - A little on the sweet and fruity side (I'd guess the slight over-ripeness is due in part to the the 14% Merlot), but a great value for an aged medium-to-full bodied Napa Cabernet bottling at 60% discount. Cork states it was barrel-aged for two years. Started showing more licorice flavors after 30+ minutes. The 15.2% alcohol was seamless. Still a little too fruit-forward. 88-89

  March 12, 2014 - Wow. Very impressed. Defines QPR. Fruit forward without being overwhelming. Moderate-fine tannins. Will absolutely buy more.
