August 23, 2015 - Amazing fruit, think blueberry pie. Tannins still present but perfectly balanced. Wish I had more...

May 18, 2013 - Tat cherries on the nose and palate with a bit of underbrush. Well balanced.

July 29, 2010 - Blackcurrants, figs and tobacco on the nose. Blackcurrant on the palate and a long aftertaste of dried fruits, coffee and a hint of banana . As Hamadali noted, it starts out very smooth, but after a couple of hours in the open, the tannins really start to manifest themselves. Despite the vintage, the wine is at a modest 13,5 % alcohol, it is well-balanced and doesn't strike me as being cooked in any way. It still has some stuffing left, and is still a few years away from its peak. Good stuff

May 28, 2010 - Huge dark fruit and smokiness on the nose. Juicy berries on the palate with silky structure initially, but leaving a slightly dry mouth. Nice long finish. Classy bordeaux blend.

    October 21, 2008 - Italy 2008 (Italy): WIML91

Tasted at the winery. Dark garnet color in the glass, vibrant hue throughout. Nose of black cherries, black berries, a dask of smoke, a dash of cocoa. Flavors of black cherries, black currants, plums and berries. Medium to vibrant acidity, slightly drying tannins, medium to full body. Drink or hold. 13.5% alcohol. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Syrah.
