  Classic Noel Verset - spicy but with less staying power than the 2000
  
  Can keep for another 10+ years with no issues - and it will likely continue to evolve and improve
  
  Real treat to be able to drink this alongside a 1998 Henschke Hill of Grace

The wine is a bit tannic still in the mouth, there is good acidity, the finish is very long. This is lovely wine, delicious and pleasing, not as complex as some of the other vintages, but in a great place for drinking now.

  May 12, 2010 - Enjoyed a glass and was incredibly pleased. Yummy subtle hints of game with beef/meat broth and luscious dark berry fruit. Got a bit of bacon grease on the nose.
