April 12, 2020 - Color is clear, golden straw color.
Muted aromas of apple pie spice, floral and baked pear.
On the palate, a slight sweetness (like a soft sweet sherry) gives way to flavors of apple, pear, caramel and honeysuckle (and hints of peanut brittle???).
Finish is long, with hints of oak, sweetness of honey, and more apple and pear.
This bottle was lost in my cellar, and rediscovered when we moved! I really didn't expect it to be still good. While it likely is past its prime, it still is a very pleasing and interesting bit of "history"! -

July 3, 2015 - This has been one of my favorites for years. Had the bottle with an Asian themed meal. I love the nutmeg and caramel. Drinking outstandingly.
