  April 8, 2012 - Medium gold in the glass. Full exotic nose of old parchment and gym locker pears. Palate is a match with lychee, Brazil nut, and those pears hitting full on at entry, though the somewhat watery and very short finish is a bit disappointing in its own. Probably a very good accompaniment to Paella and similar full-flavored fare: it will add it's flavors to the mix and get out of the way without attempting to steal the show. This is the last vintage that is 100% Premsal as An Negra began adding Callet to the blend in later vintages. Will be interesting to compare, but drink this now with appropriate fare.

  June 5, 2009 - Sweet, yummy, fruity nose. Much more restrained in the mouth. A little sparkle on the tongue. Great for lite food.
