November 9, 2009 - Baked blackberry, plum, underbrushy earthiness, smokey oak, and tobacco with iron and cherry nuances on the nose. Palate is reminiscent of a Chianti; lots of berry, smoke, and a soft acidity. Definitely a food-pairing wine.
