April 22, 2021 - This is peaking right now. Still structured, still fruity and even tropical, but with resolved oak and depth you only get with some age. Notes of white peaches, grapefruit, chalk, and nice concentration and acidity.

February 19, 2021 - This bottle was more advanced than I hoped. Quite a rich yellow colour but with a surprisingly fresh nose. Palate was somewhere in between. Would never be mistaken for a young wine but still plenty to give.

November 11, 2017 - Tasted blind. This is perfect right now, very opulent - notes of yellow peaches, lanolin and dried herbs. Not your typical mineral Chablis but very good.

January 11, 2017 - Wonderful success for the crappy vintage. Lemons, butter, vanilla, acid. Plenty of body. Lots to like here. Drinking well right now I wouldn't want to wait a whole lot longer. Droin is the best chablis producer and vaudesir is close to the best cru.

April 29, 2015 - Not completely shut down, but seems to be half awakened from its slumber. Wonderfully balanced and elegant, with a hint of butter. Rich underlying fruit. Needs another 3-5 years to peak.
