  March 12, 2011 - My best bottle, and unfortunately my last. Dark garnet color. The nose has very nice blueberry with some brighter strawberry fruit. There's also leather, black pepper, and just a touch of vanilla. Very nice, a beautiful drinker, not too heavy or candied, great balance.

  October 21, 2010 - Dark ruby red color. The nose has sweet blueberry, raspberry, leather, black pepper. Very fruity, a little candied, but balanced with acidity and spice. Tannins are light and smooth at this point. Delicious fruit, maybe a little shallow, but very enjoyable. Moderate length finish. Probably at peak now, I wouldn't hold these too much longer. These averaged $16 when I bought them, making this a screaming deal.
