January 1, 2023 - Plenty of life left on this pickup from BWG. I bit surprised this didn't have much complexity considering the age. Mostly mid palate red fruit and bright acidity.

July 29, 2011 - Johnny brought this into S&W to follow an '04 Cinq Cepages.
Big blue fruit all day long here. Intense blue raspberry essence, milk chocolate covered raisins, racy sexy purple and red flowers.
The palate is rich and liqueur driven black and blue uber ripe berries. So many layers on the tongue. Rich chocolate syrup, some molten rock.
Long finish. Not for the faint of heart, but a really cool bottling to try. Hard to obtain at only 30 cases in production.
