  December 25, 2015 - The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lime and lemon. It tastes like lemon and lime. The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.
  A little disappointing as with the age I would have expected a more smooth and textured wine.

  May 25, 2015 - A pearler of a 7yr old riesling. Good zingy and stones but just starting to soften. Bitter lemon is surprisingly thick and provides good drive. No doubt will keep but not sure there is much point?

  December 21, 2013 - Good without being great. Picked up half a dozen of these on special in late 2009 and drank 5 as quaffers while cellared this one.
  Still has a nice wash of acidity along with some pleasing citrus flavours. A little simple and no real minerality which I've come to like more in rieslings. Pretty good value for money and worth the cellaring experiment.

  July 30, 2013 - In good shape, but lacking sex appeal. Pleasing acid structure. On the palate it's more citrus flavours than mineral elements [that's a shame], but a solid showing.
  
  You should consider leaving this for 1-2 years plus, if that suits the state of your cellar ... it may develop more interesting complexity.
