January 27, 2024 - NOSE: Earthy notes of autumn forest floor and mushrooms, as well as elegant sweet red fruits. Perfumed, elegant and so fine it's almost ethereal. (93p)
TASTE: Quite juicy with fine balancing tannins, sweet and sour, really elegant. Linear and long. (92p)
OVERALL: Perfectly mature now. Will probably keep and possible develop further but drinks very nicely now. TOTAL SCORE 92 points.

February 18, 2023 - Decanted at 11AM, drank at about 7PM. Lovely fruit-filled nose at 11, some medicinal herbal notes too. When we drank the wine it was much more about secondary tones of soil and what fruit was left was of the gentle and stewed variety. By 8:30 the nose was truffles and very savory on the palate, like a shrimp-paste charcoal sort of tone. Clean, articulate, and pure throughout. I very much liked this wine and it seems as though it can be enjoyed now, in various ways.

December 17, 2022 - Really showing beautifully. Decanted, showed great from the start but improved over a half hour. Dusty cherry and violets with dome tertiary flavors as well.

February 8, 2022 - Dark fruit that actually has some sweetness. Structured and detailed, noticeable tannin.
