December 21, 2022 - Drank lackluster first night, but began to shine 2nd night. Needs to open up some. Many more years ahead. Fruit forward, mustiness and tertiary elements peeking through. Very good. Nice acidity streak which balances everything.

February 21, 2020 - I've loved this wine since its release. I just drank my last bottle (of 7) and I can say it was good to the last drop. This is an incredible wine at this price point. It drank well young, and drank as a 15 year old wine should drink when aged well. I truly believe this wine holds up or exceeds NV Cabs at 4x the price point.

February 24, 2017 - This deep red/garnet wine is a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, 4% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Nicely aromatic, it offers spiced plum, black cherry, tar and earth on both the nose and palate. Medium-bodied, seamlessly alcoholic (despite being listed as 14.8%), softly tannic and with low acidity, it stays solid in the middle and finishes with medium length. Round textures and bright fruit place this 12-year-old wine right in its "sweet spot." It should be enjoyable throughout the remainder of this decade. Drink now-2020.

May 21, 2015 - Not a lot of depth or character. Nice value.

April 17, 2014 - Still going strong. Balanced. Chocolate and berry flavors dominate. Very tasty.
