April 30, 2016 - Nice bright tart cherry flavors with a silky mouthfeel. Has shed its baby fat and has nice balance. In later stage of prime drinking window is my guess.

Tasted non blind.
Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of birch, Kirsch, flowers and berries. Flavors of boysenberries, plums and cherries. Tangy acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink with air or hold. -
