  May 15, 2012 - rich orange and blossom nose, continues in full, rich mouth. bags of tropical fruit. big but balancing acidity. fresh and lovely. showing some development as it opens, might start going over (or to sleep for while?). slightly bitter finish, helps keep it in balance.

  February 26, 2012 - make sure to decant this white CNdP ! (don' be fooled because of the cotes du rhone-appellation expressed on the label; much better after about 1 to 1, 1/2 hours; don' t drink this one too cold. )
  peaches lime, and pineapple on the nose, very nice (after an hour, for the first 60 minutes the nose remained very, very tight and closed). medium to full bodied, very nice expression of white CNdP.
  seems to have entered into " a second stage" of its development, the primary fruit is no longer there, but it is still very interesting, very nice glass.
  a wine that needs food, but it is not an easy wine to match with food.
