Community Tasting Notes 3

August 14, 2012 - Wow...On pop and pour this was an aromatic dense beast of cherry and limestone. Then it gained raspberry aromas and flavours while at one point even having somnething like sagebrush - the smell of a hot day in the SoCal mountains. After quite a while I started to get some raisiny characteristics. I think this is at its peak...I'd drink it up, but I'm going to look for newer vintages.
