March 13, 2023 - Wow! Pulled this out of a portion of the cellar that was supposed to have been limited to Grand Crus. Decided "well, you're losing your spot, but will you get poured out or show yourself worthy of accompanying dinner" and it was very pleasing. Obviously something I'd lost track of, but didn't require much time to blossom and both of us were impressed with how nicely it was drinking. I've always respected Chevillon for the lifespan of their wines, but this was a new, promising data point.

March 1, 2018 - First bottle corked.
Second bottle utterly delicious. Juicy fruit over a layer of medium-fine tannin and mineral. This scores 10/10 on the gulpable scale. -

Second bottle beautiful, the table was raucous with delight. Most were guessing Meo and Leroy. Well stored bottles of this wine are a treat, juicy fruit and well structured. -

November 6, 2017 - Considerably sweeter than the last bottle, this has good body and stuffing. A bright, delightful wine that has ample depth and complexity.
