June 11, 2013 - Nearing the end of its useful life but still good. Not much on the nose except a hint of red fruit and spices. Flavor profile is mostly tart cherries. None of the peppery goodness that was present before. Drink now or forever hold your peace.

November 22, 2012 - Probably at or near the peak of its drinking window. See other notes for tasting info.

July 2, 2012 - French for 1+1+1. 44% syrah, 31% grenache, 25% mourvedre. Similar blend in Rhone Valley. Great nose of dark cherry and chocolate. Very light and would be good with lighter meat or fish. The skins on these grapes were really thin, that's why it comes out a bit lighter.

February 15, 2012 - Nice, easy-drinking GSM. Not a lot of tannins, and I don't know it'll age well -- drink 'em if you've got 'em!

April 24, 2011 - Excellent bottle. Nicely balanced GSM.
