This was popped and poured and drunk over 2+ hours. Superb! -

August 25, 2016 - Full bodied with nice acidity and structure. Peach, dried mango, green apple (skin), vegetation (e.g. asparagus), flint, minerality, slight toasted popcorn essence. Forward tartness gave way to almost off-dry sweet fruit flavors. Lovely mouth feel. This is really drinking quite well at the moment and will surely last a long time, but not sure if it will continue to improve
