  January 13, 2018 - Still intense fruit, fine tannins, dark fruit, smokey notes, very nice wine, glad to have tasted over the years, I would think this is still in its prime.

  February 22, 2014 - Extremely dark opaque purple. Mildly aromatic black cherries and some spicy toast. In the mouth, loads of plums, dark berry fruit, cherry. Loads of mouth drying dark cocoa and some cola. A leathery finish that lasts forever with woody herbs and olives. Perfectly balanced with nice acidity, loads of gorgeously pure fruit, and very nice tannins. This is drinking very well right now, but imagine it would have quite a long life.
