  March 8, 2024 - Flor, dry fig, bruised red apple, subtle tropical fruit/jack fruit on the nose. Palate aligns with nose, red apple characters. Balanced and refreshing. Despite 15%, the alcohol is not standing out at all with high acidity. Medium flavour intensity and medium finish with savoury and flor notes. Solid quality and good bargain.

  January 13, 2024 - Je l'ai bien aimé celui-là. Avec son côté fumé et évidemment bien boisé, il évoque un peu un whisky. Sec, mais moins que d'autres. Très bon!
