June 24, 2011 - This was a nice bottle to start the night with. Mid yellow in colour with a not too strong bouquet. Lots of butter in the taste with a very smooth and lingering finish.

September 16, 2007 - Very well made, well structured chardonnay. Yes...there is a lot of oak, but there's enough mellon and vanilla extract to soften the tone. Matched wonderfully with seafood (scallops, calamari, octopus) appetizers. Saved some for cheese platter. Drink now.
