March 1, 2010 - Some tannins, a little bite to it. Almost no nose. Not what I consider a typical Zin, but not bad either. Deep red color.

February 9, 2010 - Note after bottle open 1 hour. Nose of candied plums. Palate has a little fizz remaining...though far less after initially pouring. Sweet dark fruits with some fine tannins on the finish. Sweet kirsch is a little too dominant, but very nice for the price.
