October 16, 2019 - A business dinner (Restaurant Bussia, Amsterdam, NL): A blend of 80% Pinot Noir (destemmed, 24-36 hours on the skins) and 20% Chardonnay (whole bunch), blended after eight months of maturation, 30 months sur lattes, dosage 3.5 gr/l, sulphur dioxide less than 45 mg/l. Lovely ripe fruit expression on the nose (strawberry, red cherry), creamy and rounded palate, pure and fresh and elegant, lovely persistence. Extremely attractive, enjoyed by all tonight.
