November 21, 2008 - Popped and poured. Blend of 60% cab franc & 40% cabernet sauvignon. An old world style which went well w/the spaghetti, salad and bread, we had at the neighbors. Decanting or popping and let breath for a couple hours would assist in the wine opening up, and reaching its full potential. Really nice food wine, does not dominate, complements.
