January 1, 2024 - After a short decant and over next 5 hours provided some of the most enjoyable drinking experiences. Glad we still have a few bottles left. Sipped before,during and after Tenderloin steak on cast iron . Compared with 2012 Caymus 40th anniversary C.S. , both delightful but SS clear winner.
