April 14, 2009 - Deep red color, decent nose and spicy palate with hints of cranberries, cinnamon and spicy oak. A bit too spicy for a Pinot Noir! Overall this wine drinks well but falls short in comparison to other Pinot Noir's from the region within the same price category.

July 19, 2008 - Squires Board OL at Zibbibos (Zibbibo Restaurant, Palo Alto, California): Red violet color; spicy plum, mulling spice and berry palate; way over done, spicy zin-like, over oaked and hot palate; medium finish
