February 25, 2022 - A winter snowstorm and we decided to make Thai green curry and invite four neighbors/friends to trudge over in their boots and parkas. I was a bit worried that we had waited too long to drink these rieslings and fortunately the pairing with curry was spot on. Viscous light gold, with oiliness, acidity, and lychee notes. Even our friend who usually prefers red wines kept pouring more into her glass.

August 19, 2019 - China King. My last bottle and a treat. No sense of RS but intense fruit. Just enough petrol.

July 24, 2016 - Not completely dry. Really intense fruit balanced with excellent acidity. The remainder still excellent after a few days in the fridge. Terrific now and I'm sure a terrific future as well.

February 24, 2013 - Color: bright light yellow. Nose: Spices, menthol and some subtle white and yellow fruit. Palate: Sweet not hiding its residual sugar but with a wonderful mineral spine to balance the exotic fruit components of wine. There was a lovely brightness to this wine. Everyone present (not an experienced wine crowd) enthusiastically approved of this stuff. It was awfully good. I think it will show some positive development.
