    May 6, 2019 - Grand vin!

March 9, 2017 - Un vin surprenant. (complantation - dominante Riesling puis Pinot gris suivi des autres: pinot beurot, muscat, pinot noir)

April 19, 2013 - Some Bottles from a Week in France; 4/14/2013-4/21/2013 (Paris, Northern Burgundy, Alsace): Full yellow. Rich, concentrated, VT level sweetness. Not that easy to pick out the individual varietals here, but the mouth feel has the lushness of Pinot Gris.

May 21, 2012 - Decanted 20 min, served at 16°C. Golden hue, a bit more yellowish than the vintage would normaly show. Nose expressiv of gazoline, honey and lime, very smooth. Mouth semi sweat-to sweat with withe honey, citrus, ginger, not hyper complex at this stage, but round, fresh and velvety, with a perfect balance. Delightfull for all tasters, at the point that the bottle disapear very quickly. I know it is a blend of different grape type, but who knows wich ? I would guess a nose of riesling and a mouth of pinot gris... An exeptionnal wine.
