Community Tasting Notes 3

  • Yiannis Likes this wine: 93 points

April 8, 2013 - Dark gold (old gold) color. Very expressive nose of honey, beeswax, dried apricot, orange marmelade, tropical fruits and hints of kerozene. Med+ bodied with ripe, candied fruit, noticeable sweetness and balancing acidity. Endless aftertaste. Fully mature and excellent.

July 22, 2010 - O - ljus gul med härlig lyster och nästan svarta reflexer
D/S - mineraldrivet med svartpeppar, aprikos, persika, mandel men vi saknar syra och struktur och vinet upplevs lite platt.
    7.5p

July 8, 2009 - Ripe exotic fruits and hints of smoke on the nose. Round on the palate with excellent fruit and perfect balance. Long finish. Tasted from cork and screw-cap sealed bottles. Screw-cap version was fresher and more focused but less generous than cork. Choose cork if you intend to consume soon and screw-cap if otherwise (cellar over the mid/long term)
