  January 25, 2011 - Baking spice and cherry on the nose with some vanilla-oak undertones, albeit very weak. Blind tasted, I had said Pinot and American (mind you, not because it was weak). On the palate all that was left of the Cherry nose were the stems... green, slightly tobacco, light and shortlived. For the price-correct, but there is certainly nothing of distinction in this wine.

  November 29, 2009 - Unscrewed and poured. Light in the glass and faint nose of dark fruit. A little boisenberry on the palate with an odd toothpaste note. This one reflects the rainy weather of 2007. Not overtly bad, but does not offer enough to make me want to buy more- even at $12. Fine daily drinker, but holds no fun for me.
