Medium hold. Quite developed, apple, burnt caramel, honey. Medium bodied, apple and honey, quite nice and plump and creamy, with a caramel edge, nice fresh acids, decent length. Hanging in there but probably better a few years ago. -

September 29, 2012 - Drinking well now and fully mature but no hurry to drink up. Very bright in the glass, very pale yellow in colour. On the nose flint, minerals, dried herbs, melons and some citrus. Nicely balanced fruit and acidity. Happy with this - lovely!
