March 15, 2013 - This one had refermented in bottle. Out of eleven bottles drunk, 10 had refermented. But this one more than the previous bottles. I know it's a technical flaw, but I somehow found it charming in many of the other bottles. With this bottle it was a bit annoying. Underneath the "bobbles" you find a mature wine, still juicy with notes of blackberries, intermixed with garrigue and roasted meat. Good balance.
