November 20, 2010 - Wild, delicious nose on this, butternut squash, cheesecake, cooked pears. The palate reminds me of pear/peach fruit coctail juice along with a mustiness that reminds me of a library of old books. Delicious!

May 30, 2010 - Memorial Day Weekend near Salem Oregon (Willamette Valley Oregon): Pears, roasted green apples, and a hint of rhubarb on the nose. The green apples on the palate are lovely and wrapped in honey flavors. The acid lingers long across the mid palate and through the finish where it hits the "smile points" on the back of my tongue. Rich honey lingers with the acid on the finish.

January 10, 2010 - This wine is flat out brilliant! I believe it has 16g of residual sugar however you'd never know it as there is more than enough acid to carry it. Light and lithe this dances across the palate as it touches every taste bud. The finish just goes on and on and on... I LOVE this wine!

April 21, 2006 - Deep golden color. Honey, apricot and rose on the nose. Thick mouth feel. Flavors of apricot and honey dominate this wonderful dessert wine. Long, sweet finish that has enough fruit flavor to stay balanced. They could have named this wine "Liquid Gold".
