  December 12, 2010 - Nearly clear. Nose of yeast, citrus, and mineral. On the tongue a good dose of mineral with good clean acid and very food friendly.

  June 12, 2010 - Working Our Way North (Oregon Wine Country): Pears and a floral note work well together on the nose with the spicy note showing distinct ginger, in my opinion. There's a sweet note that I notice immediately on the palate. Some clean pears appear as well as cooked pizza crust and some baking spices.

  June 21, 2009 - Tasting in the Eola Amity AVA (Willamette Valley): Fairly good aromatics, some sour lime and wood shaving. Totally bizarre body... not much like anything else I've had. It feels chunky in my mouth; almost like I have a mouth full of rocks that I'm chewing. It really doesn't feel like a smooth liquid. Tastes a bit like pumpkin, but mainly I'm just distracted by the body. There's some melon on the finish, but the body of this thing makes it a terrible beverage to drink. The flavors aren't all that bad (hence this not being in the 60s).
