March 24, 2012 - 180 NOK. Kjøpt i 2008 etter 92 poeng i DN. PnP til ost og sånn. Aromatisk feit lukt av hegg og hylletre. Syrlig og mineralsk smak som sitter lenge. Litt lukket, slipper mer aroma sammen med osten. Sitron og pepper med temperatur og luft. Konklusjon: For mye syre, byrde vært drukket for 2 år siden. 1 dag i flaske: Lik som i går. Dunder syre og mineraler. Kan minne om Champagne.
