June 8, 2014 - Final note for this bottle. Very consistent throughout (refer to previous notes). I enjoyed every drop. Easy to drink with an attractive flavor profile. Terribly underrated whiskey! -91 points-

May 12, 2014 - Consistent with previous notes. Very dessert like aromatics...reminds me of the burnt sugar coating on a creme brulee. On the palate, I detect caramel popcorn, candy corn, forest floor, charred oak, nutmeg, espresso, and spice. Nice lingering finish on this whisky! -91 points-

January 29, 2014 - A standard for whiskey at a terrific price. It's a simple, straightforward, no frills type of whiskey. Very underrated. Like Weller 12, this is a whiskey you can have on a regular basis, saving the elite whiskies like Pappy for special occasions. I really look forward to trying their barrel select offering. -91 points-
