February 16, 2020 - 64% Semillon/36% Sauvignon Blanc, brix at harvest: 36, residual sugar 10% by weight, botrytised. Clear, pale gold – apricot, lemon curd, perfumed (Shalimar), honey, oak, hint of orange blossom. Medium acid, 14.6% ABV, full body, medium+ finish. Can drink now, but has potential for ageing (but I like it now); viscous and still vibrant.

May 5, 2013 - Nice desert wine, great on the nose. Perhaps it lacks acidity, but it is ok because the wine isn't too sweet either.
