June 27, 2011 - Still good but starting to lose some of the acidity to temper the sweetness.

December 28, 2010 - Tropical fruits and more sweetness than expected but follows with some acidity that really brings it all together.

March 4, 2010 - Medium golden color leads to nose of honeysuckle. Good medium body with more honeysuckle, leche, lilac, and just a bit of zest on back of tongue. Finish has bit more sweetness than I remember.

February 13, 2010 - Really nice bottle of wine, wish I'd picked up more than three bottles...

January 23, 2010 - Light yellow color. Exotic tropical fruit nose with some spicy floral notes as well, almost gewurztraminer like. Light bodied, with pear and honeycomb flavors on the palate with a semi-sweet finish. Nice balance of fruit and acid. Everyone enjoyed this wine quite a bit. Would rebuy.

(Champalou Vouvray Cuvée des Fondraux) Medium lemon yellow color; apple, ripe peach nose; sweet, ripe apple, green apple, peach palate with virtually no acidity, thus a bit flabby and cloying; short finish
