March 5, 2011 - Took about 2 hrs to fully open up. Paired very well with lamb curry. Chewy, fully body and long finish.

October 8, 2010 - Very interesting blend. I agree with the other reviewer that pinot lovers will enjoy this, but it definitely has more body than your typical pinot, being a blend like this. Not like anything else I've had from Signorello (in a good way).
