November 5, 2011 - Apple-y, not very yeasty. Plenty of life left and quite tasty overall. Wish the bubbles were slightly smaller.

May 25, 2009 - Nose - rich, with lemon and an oak note, lime, herb garden, mandarin wine.
Chalky lime, lemon, seltzer, slight hint of peach. Asking for oysters. -

Nice bead, dry, lemony, yeasty, clean. Very nice. A little chalky on the finish.
