July 30, 2011 - Medium garnet colour. Primary fruit is starting to subside. Strawberries, cherries with earth in the background. Good wine.

April 23, 2010 - Bell's French Tasting (Bell's Wine Shop, Washington DC): Very good. Tart cherry. Smooth. Seems like a really nice food wine.

September 11, 2009 - This wine displays a beautifully concentrated dark ruby in the glass. A refined and concentrated nose characterized by ripe sour cherry fruit, with elegant weight and depth, underpinned by light hints of chocolate and almost imperceptible underbush. In the mouth it is concentrated, balanced. Tannins and firm and grainy. Rebuy: yes.
