March 16, 2024 - This was an odd one. The mouth feel was too light for me. Like water. The nose and taste was heavily citrus and apple. Almost nothing else.
Don't think I'd do this again, but it's not offensive. -

October 20, 2023 - Did not disappoint as usual. Dry Elegant and Fresh with Peach & Lemon - Citrus notes. Explodes with a variety of flavors - Long subtle creamy Finish - touch of Brioche. An all time favourite

September 27, 2023 - This time a bit unusual profile compared to last times (different batch).
Overall more chalky and more citrus lime notes, which surprised me a bit for ambonnay.
Nonetheless decent quality.
