  March 18, 2010 - Very drinkable although to me it lacked some of Roija's trademark characteristics - the mix of an edge of sweet vanilla from the American oak or the spicey edge to the fruit were both absent - a good wine but not great Rioja. UK readers should note that this wine was incorrectly identified in an article in The Times and consequently was being offered by Tesco's for £4.99 instead of its normal £14.99 ( I got the last four bottles at our store !!)

  December 13, 2009 - Light ruby core, watery edge. Red cherry, some vegetal nose, vanilla, nice balance. Taste red cherry and strawberry, nice acidity and well integrated tannins. Soft and excellent.
