  January 15, 2022 - Found this in a dark corner of the cellar during a post pandemic clean up. This bottle was purchased at the "winery" (actually from Joe himself) in Napa in 2010.
  
  Light ruby in appearance. Nice color a t age 20 or so.
  
  Fully evolved aromas of Black fruits, baking spice , tobacco and some vanilla. The aromas are not tired but are definitely not going to improve.
  
  Medium bodied with great mouthfeel and just enough acidity and structure to stay fresh and drinkable. Medium finish.
  
  Overall well done but definitely time to drink up.

  December 10, 2011 - Drinking really nicely with a short decant. Dark fruit, seamless integrated tannins. Long finish. The last glass fell apart a bit. Drink up.

  April 9, 2011 - Hard to believe this wine is 9 years old, it is so full of fresh fruit flavors. Lots of ripe dark red fruit, on the nose and in the glass. Cafaro continues to always please.
