December 3, 2011 - This is really good. First impression out of the bottle is that it's hot. Decanted and it came together nicely. Graphite, leather and cherry on the nose. Good structure, nice tannins with a lot of red fruit on the palate. With short ribs this worked perfect; good tannins to cut through the fat and more than enough fruit to complement the beef.
