  October 3, 2013 - Tasted non blind at home. Decanted for one hour and drank over 2 hours. Nose of blackberries, some green pepper and tobacco. Cassis, green peppers, cedar and tobacco on the palate. Nice medium-long length finish that is very consistent with the palate. Medium acidity and mostly resolved tannins with a nice, fine powdery texture. Seems to be in its window with a few years of life left. No perceptible alcohol and very balanced. Overall a solid effort and a good QPR player. Received as a gift a few years ago and wish I had more.

  August 30, 2013 - Decanted for a couple hours. Wine seems to be fading. Was much better a couple of years ago. Time to drink any remaining bottles.
